My PC does not work while I turn it ON - it makes some sound, what is it ?
Well, there are two common reason for your PC to make sound during boot sequence as follows:
1. Single long switter sound - seems that your PC have memory problems, either the PC failed to recognize the physical memory attached to the motherboard or the memory is damaged.
2. Dual switter sound - seems that your PC have VGA adaptor problem, either the PC failed to recognize the VGA adaptor attached to the motherboard or the adaptor is damaged.
If you have just plugged in the peripheral, consider reattaching it and verify system boot sequence. If the sound repeats, consider replacing the peripheral to new one.
